Why not go for our fully managed service, taking all the hassle out of running your fleet, a proactive, professional approach to running your fleet.
One point of contact – A1 has a dedicated account manager for each company and this person will deal with all requirements relating to your fleet.
Service reminders – We will text and e-mail your employee to remind them of service requirements, meaning your employees can concentrate on their jobs. Our account manager will also be able to help book any maintenance work required.
Ongoing cost management – A1 will monitor maintenance costs and make sure that everything regarding maintenance is carried out within the agreed remit. We will also be pro active in trying to drive you ongoing costs down
Authority requirements on maintenance – Our account manager will advise on all repair work and give authority to the repairers for any maintenance required.
Non maintenance issues – For any non maintenance issues our account manager will handle these, booking the work and getting the right result, this usually means getting the work done under warranty at a dealer local to your employee.
Accounts liaison – Your accounts department will be able to liaise with the dedicated account manager to discuss anything at all, the account manager will be fully aware of all of the fleet costs as the occur.
Monthly Accounts – Accounts for maintenance are given in one easy invoice from the servicing company this will be one invoice for the fleet, broken down for each vehicle. Your A1 account manager will also furnish you with a copy of our monthly fleet summary.
Road fund license – Our account manager will be able to arrange all of your road fund license renewals, once you have given DVLA account details.
Loan vehicles – We can offer a loan car delivered to the employee’s door within 24 hours for non maintenance issues, where a courtesy can’t be obtained from the repairer. This does not include accidents as this is covered by your insurance policy. This is only offered as part of our fully managed service.
